the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed. breakfast was cool with a decent spread. the room was clean and the bed was comfy enough for a night. loved the little lounge area with tea and coffee free, that was nice. parking was easy to find and secure too.

but the tv didn’t work and the room lacked a proper table. plus, the sign was hidden by branches, so taxis had trouble finding it.

the rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. the food selection at the restaurant was great, and the drinks were just as impressive. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially on saturday. it was nice to see them quickly helping everyone. also, they had a great sense of humor, which added to the experience!

Our family had a lovely stay with my niece at the hotel. The big rooms were perfect for everyone, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds. Plus, the restaurant served tasty food and was a great place to unwind after a day exploring Liverpool's famous soccer scene.
